Why everyone keeps coming back.

Nestled along the stunning shoreline of Concarneau, Les Sables Blancs is a true gem that masterfully blends the charm of a seaside hotel with the elegance of a premier restaurant and cocktail bar. Whether you are seeking a memorable culinary experience or a restful beachside retreat, Les Sables Blancs offers a captivating escape where refined tastes meet breathtaking ocean views.

Restaurant & Bar Experience
At its heart, Les Sables Blancs shines as a restaurant where fresh, local seafood takes center stage. The menu is a celebration of Brittany’s rich maritime bounty, featuring an array of crustaceans like succulent langoustines from local coasts, plump crevettes roses, and the quintessential French delicacy—bigorneaux and bulots served with traditional aïoli. The signature Plateau des Sables is a sumptuous tasting platter, presenting oysters from La Forêt-Fouesnant, langoustines, crevettes, bulots, bigorneaux, and half a tourteau, promising a symphony of textures and flavors with every bite.

For starters, the Ceviche de dorade with its notes of kalamansi, ginger, and sesame bursts with freshness while the Burratina adorned with a trio of summer tomatoes and pesto delivers a creamy, herbaceous indulgence. Main courses focus on expertly prepared fish dishes such as the delicate pavé de thon mi-cuit served alongside a fragrant Thai-style risotto, or the impeccably cooked belle sole meunière complemented by buttered grenaille potatoes and tender garden vegetables. The homard rôti—roasted lobster—is a seasonal highlight and an absolute must-try for seafood aficionados. Each dish exemplifies meticulous craftsmanship and a profound respect for seasonal, local ingredients.

The ambiance complements the menu perfectly — spacious dining rooms and open-air terraces offer mesmerizing views of the white sandy beach and the ever-changing Atlantic horizon. Numerous guests have raved about the effortless blend of a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere, perfect for unwinding with a well-crafted cocktail as the sun dips below the bay. Dog owners will appreciate the warm welcome extended to their furry companions in the outdoor seating areas, making this a genuinely inclusive coastal haven.

Hotel Stays at Les Sables Blancs
As a boutique hotel, Les Sables Blancs offers more than just comfort—it provides an immersive seaside experience. Guests often praise the unbeatable location right on the beach, where waking to the rhythmic sound of waves and panoramic views of the coast becomes part of the daily routine. Rooms are described as clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully arranged to maximize both comfort and these captivating vistas. While some comment on the compactness of the rooms and the building’s classic, somewhat aged charm, the overall impression remains of a cozy and welcoming retreat where attentive staff make you feel genuinely at home.

Amenities include inviting communal terraces perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink, friendly service that adds a personalized touch, and easy access to the vast expanse of white sand just steps away. Although some areas like hallways may benefit from a bit of refurbishment, this does little to detract from the restful allure and authentic coastal charm that define Les Sables Blancs.

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel on the beach in France, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had! The location is unbeatable - right on the beach with stunning views of the sea and the coastline. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you could possibly need. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The food and drinks at the bar were also top-notch, with a great selection of local and international dishes and drinks. What really impressed me about this hotel/bar was the attention to detail and the level of service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and they were always available to answer any questions I had or provide recommendations for things to do in the area. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel/bar to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay on the beach in Brittany, France. It's the perfect place to unwind, soak up the sun, and enjoy the beauty of this stunning region. Thank you to the amazing staff for making my stay so incredible - I can't wait to come back!

We had a very enjoyable 2 course meal overlooking the bay at Sables Blancs. The fish and beef were really delicious and the passion fruit cheesecake and Cafe Armand were very tasty. I would recommend this restaurant.

Fantastic meal, incredible view, equally amicable service- a real treat. We both had set menu choices of fish and I finished with dessert the most amazing pavlova ever tasted. Our dogs were welcomed on the balcony overlooking the white sand beach there was a cooling breeze it was delightful. Wine was reasonably priced to boot, and my husband raved about the cafe. I would be interest to return to the hotel one day too.

A small hotel nestled right along the expanse of a long white sand beach. The rooms are compact yet well-arranged, each offering views of an incredible landscape. The building itself is aged but well-maintained; though the hallways and communal areas could use a bit more attention, the room was cozy and clean. The mattress was a bit thin, but overall, I slept well. On the other hand, the terrace aperitif was superb. For just a little over 20 euros, we relished a charcuterie board with two glasses of wine, all serenaded by the soothing sound of the waves.

Amazing view, right on the sandy beach. Room rather functional, cool terrace, but was not 100% clean. The receptionists are stunning, sweet and helpful. Breakfast was a bit below par.
